Stadler Völkel Attorneys at Law are pleased with the success of their regulatory sandbox. Following the meeting with the Austrian Ministry of Economic Affairs aimed at creating a blockchain roadmap for Austria on 6/7 May 2017, Prof. Christian Piska (University of Vienna), The House of Nakamoto and Stadler Völkel Attorneys at Law have developed a number of proposals in a position paper to strengthen the blockchain stance of Austria. We are glad that our ideas have been well received (as reported by the Austrian newspaper "Die Presse"). In addition to the regulatory sandbox which will enable companies to test out new technologies in a regulatory safe environment, other of our ideas also have been adopted such as the establishment of a task force to clarify fundamental issues, an information platform including a "cryptoreport" and the integration of further research in the field.
