The first correction prints of the soon to be published comprehensive legal commentary on crypto assets have already been delivered to the authors and editors for proofreading. On around 1,400 pages, crypto assets are dealt with from various regulatory perspectives. The book focuses on commenting on the EU Regulation on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA). But also the DLT pilot regime, MiFID II, Prospectus Regulation, MAR, E-Money Directive, Money Laundering Directive, tax laws and the KMAG are covered.
