Dr. Jeannette Gorzala is an expert in national and international M&A transactions, banking and capital market law as well as corporate law. She focuses on the areas of banking, TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunication) as well as health care and life sciences.

Most recently, Dr. Jeannette Gorzala worked as an attorney at law in an international commercial law firm. She studied law at the University of Vienna and international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, specialising in finance and accounting. During her studies in Vienna, Dr. Jeannette Gorzala completed study and research visits to Russia, Sweden and the US. She received her PhD at the University of Vienna in the field of capital market law dealing with the issue of procedural law in public M&A transactions. Prior to her legal career, Jeannette Gorzala worked as an investment banking analyst in Vienna and Frankfurt for international investment banks.
Dr. Jeannette Gorzala is also author of numerous publications on corporate, banking and capital markets law as well as on legal aspects of new technologies. Moreover, Dr. Jeannette Gorzala regularly published on legal aspects of digital assets.
